Clémence de Weck obtained her Master in law from the University of Fribourg and Cologne in 2011 with honors magna cum laude. She completed her legal internship in the canton of Vaud and obtained her barrister's license in 2014. She then practiced at the bar for seven years within one of the largest Swiss law firms. She joined Bourg 8 Etude d'avocats as a partner in 2021. In 2024, she obtained the title of Certified Specialist FSA in inheritance law.

Holder of an Executive Master in Art Market Studies (EMAMS) issued by the University of Zurich in 2019, Clémence de Weck has in-depth knowledge of the art world and is familiar with the legal issues faced by its various actors. She advises and represents artists, collectors and cultural institutions. Very committed, she is part of several foundations and associations active on the cultural scene.
