Aurore Estoppey obtained her Master in law from the University of Fribourg in 2011. After having been assistant to Prof. Jean-Baptiste Zufferey at the Chair of Public Law at the University of Fribourg and ad hoc clerk at the Tribunal de Prud'hommes de la Broye et du Nord vaudois, she completed her legal traineeship in the canton of Vaud. In 2014, she obtained her bar exam. She then practiced the bar in a law firm in Fribourg and worked for the Institute for Swiss and International Construction Law. She joined Bourg 8 Etude d'avocats as a partner in 2015. In 2021, she obtained the title of Certified Specialist FSA in construction and real estate law. In parallel with her activity as a lawyer, Aurore Estoppey is active in the field of continuing education in construction law.
